We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and elevated shopping experience. Because many of our products are custom-made and fulfilled through carefully selected production partners, return and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the item purchased.
Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Approved based on vendor eligibility
- Not classified as Print-On-Demand or final sale items
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Custom-Made & Print-On-Demand Items
Many OMINA products are created specifically for each order through our made-to-order production process.
Because of this, certain items may be:
- Non-returnable
- Exchange-only
- Final sale
Any special return restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Made-to-order products
- Print-on-demand apparel
- Vendor-restricted items
- Final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Skincare products
- Gift cards
- Select accessories and lifestyle products
Worry-Free Purchase Protection
For added peace of mind, OMINA offers an optional Worry-Free Purchase Protection Plan available at checkout.
Customers who purchase this protection plan may qualify for a refund or exchange for any reason, including on eligible final sale items.
This protection applies only when the Worry-Free Purchase option is purchased with the order.
Without the Worry-Free Purchase plan, standard return and exchange restrictions listed in this policy will apply.
Please note:
- Protection coverage applies only to qualifying items within the eligible claim period
- Abuse of the protection policy may result in denied claims
- Shipping fees may remain non-refundable depending on the situation
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Customers who purchased the Worry-Free Purchase Protection Plan may also receive additional return or exchange flexibility depending on the claim and item eligibility.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted for:
- Different sizes
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
Exchange availability depends on inventory and vendor availability.
Customers with the Worry-Free Purchase Protection Plan may qualify for expanded exchange eligibility, including select items that would otherwise be considered final sale.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item contains a verified production defect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Because many OMINA items begin production shortly after purchase, orders may only be canceled within 1 hour after being placed.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
Return Request Portal
To start a standard return or exchange, please visit our Return or Exchange Portal located under Our World on our website.
If you purchased the Worry-Free Purchase Protection Plan, your claim and request process will be managed directly through Seel. Seel provides a separate claims portal and support process for protected orders.
Instructions and claim details for Worry-Free Purchase Protection will be sent to you via email after your order is placed. Any requests related to Worry-Free Protection must be submitted directly through Seel’s portal and support system.

Please note:
- Slight variations in color, print placement, garment wash, or fabric texture may occur due to the custom production process
- OMINA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
- Return eligibility may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner
